Oh man I LOVED LOVED LOVED Mr. Do as a kid and it still remains a classic arcade that I keep close to my heart some 35 years later. The game is a Dig Dugesque clone (or is Dig Dug a clone of Mr. Do?!?) where you play a clown digging through the ground collecting cherries while running from monsters. What isn’t to love?!?!!?!?

I wasn’t a big fan of the sequel Mr. Do’s Castle but truly loved the third weird and wacky game Mr. Do’s Wild Ride where you are collecting fruit on a roller coaster. Yup – gotta love early eighties coin-op games.

So the next Let’s Badly Play tears through not only the above games but the fourth Mr. Do as well. The games played are:

Mr. Do (1982)
Mr. Do’s Castle (1983)
Mr Do’s Wild Ride (1984)
Do! Run Run (1984)

Each game is just so different from the next. Each game was still very fun in their own right. But what are they like playing back to back to back to back? Sit back, relax, and find out as we tackle the Mr. Do series on Let’s Badly Play!
